When do you ship orders?
We typically ship within 24 hours of purchase—Monday through Friday—unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s out the door.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, as every item is carefully graded and described. That said, if your order arrives damaged or destroyed during shipping, reach out immediately and we’ll make it right. We stand behind everything we send out.
Where do you source your inventory?
We don’t buy from garage sales or flea markets.
Everything you see is handpicked from private collectors, closed record stores, and former studios. That means better condition, more rarity, and a lot more care in how it got here.
What kind of condition are your items in?
We don’t play the guessing game when it comes to quality:

Vinyl: Always VG+ or better

CDs: Always Near Mint, and we replace all cases with clean, crack-free ones

VHS: VG or higher, and every tape is cleaned inside and out before shipping

Stereo gear & accessories: Selected for quality, originality, and condition—tested when possible, always inspected
When do new items drop?
Every Monday at Noon (EST).
We keep our inventory tight and intentional—so there’s always something worth digging into without getting overwhelmed.
Do you offer local pickup or in-person sales?
Not at this time. We’re strictly e-commerce for now—but who knows what the future holds. Stay tuned.
